Manuel Antonio (Costa Rica) - "Costa Rica Ultra Trail, La Transtica". A multi-day Trail race, with a prologue and 5 stages with refreshment and assistance points, night in bivouac (camps). It's declined in two distances from 71 mi (117 km, Adventure Race) to 122mi (200 km, Extreme Race). The main objective of the race is to discover the Costa Rica and its way of life and to share this experience with the locals through a sporting competition with humanitarian goals.
