The largest running event in Finland, Helsinki City Running Day takes place on Saturday the 17th of May 2025 and fills the streets of Helsinki and the Helsinki Olympic Stadium. Helsinki City Running Day attracts 20 000 runners from over 90 nations and combines five running distances in one day. There is something for everyone; Finland's largest half marathon Helsinki City Run, the legendary 45th Saucony Helsinki City Marathon, Saucony Helsinki City Marathon Relay which features a great team spirit, and the short but sweet Helsinki City 5. Also, completing the half marathon and marathon on the same day is possible, the event is called Helsinki City Double.
