London, England (United Kingdom) - "The City v Wharf Run Challenge". The challenge is back on for 2025—who will reign supreme: City or Wharf? It’s time to get competitive and challenge not only yourself but also your corporate rivals. Awards are up for grabs for the fastest individuals (male and female), fastest relay team, largest company entry, and fastest company teams (male, female, and mixed categories, based on combined company results from our timing system). Race timings are as follows: 10k individual run at 6:00pm, team relay at 6:05pm, and 5k run at 6:20pm. Here’s how it works: enter individually into the 5k or 10k race for £25 per person, or join the 10k relay as a team of two for £20 per person (please ensure both team members are registered). Teams can be any gender combination, with each participant running 5k. To qualify for fastest company team rankings, a minimum of four entrants from the same company is required. Every participant receives full race chip timing, a commemorative City v Wharf medal, full race-day support, high fives, and light refreshments post-race, as well as bottled water at the start and finish lines. So, lay the challenge down to your colleagues, business associates, and competitors, and let’s bring together as many runners as we can from our City and Wharf districts to race for competitive and corporate pride! http://go.evvnt.com/2783505-0?pid=6562

Ely, England (United Kingdom) - "Ely Tri Club Runfest". The Ely Tri Club Runfest offers a choice of distances ranging from 10k to 66k, all of which start and finish at the iconic 11th century cathedral before taking in more of the beautiful historic city of Ely and heading out into the Cambridgeshire countryside. Most of the course involves quiet, flat, traffic free paths along the banks of the rivers Great Ouse and Cam and their adjacent fens (there's only one short, gentle climb through Cherry Hill Park in the entire race). Those running the marathon and ultra get the added bonus of a trip through the Wicken Fen nature reserve, home to more than 9,000 species, including Konik ponies, cattle, birds and rare plants. This is a low key, friendly event which welcomes adult runners of all ages and abilities. With a few obstacles (steps, stiles, cattle grids etc) along the way, the routes are perhaps better tailored for adventure, fun and stamina rather than PBs. But whatever your pace or goal there'll be plenty of food/drink stations and enthusiastic marshal support throughout. You can access entry details, locations, logistics, course information and past results by visiting the Ely Tri Club web site. Alternatively, you can go right ahead and book your place in the Runfest 2025 event with letsdothis.com and searching for Ely Tri Club Runfest 2025. http://go.evvnt.com/3160641-2?pid=6562
