Join us at the beautiful Alyn Waters Country Park for the Nightingale House 5k & 10k, a fun, inclusive charity run that brings the community together to raise vital funds for patient care and services at Nightingale House Hospice. Whether you are chasing a personal best, jogging with friends, or taking part for the first time, this is an event for runners of all abilities. There is even a 1k kids’ dash, making it a brilliant day out for the whole family. The Route Starting from the Llay side of Alyn Waters, the course takes you on a scenic multi-terrain route with a mix of paths and inclines to keep things interesting. It is enjoyable, a little challenging, and incredibly rewarding. The course will be clearly marked and fully marshalled, with chip-timed results provided by Nifty Entries. 10k runners will complete the 5k loop twice, with water stations and our friendly event team on hand throughout.
