We offer many options, including the Sprint Triathlon with a 500-yard swim, 12-mile bike, and 3.1-mile run, the Sprint Aquabike with a 500-yard swim and 12-mile bike, and the High School Sprint with the same distances. The Athena/Clydesdale Sprint, Sprint Relay, and Sprint Triathlon all follow the 500-yard swim, 12-mile bike, and 3.1-mile run format. The Olympic Triathlon features a .9-mile swim, 24.8-mile bike, and 6.2-mile run, while the Olympic Aquabike includes a .9-mile swim and 24.8-mile bike.
