Most trails are very well groomed crushed limestone and stroller-friendly. Proceeds benefit the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Community Foundation. La Porte, Indiana (United States of America) - "Cereal Killer 15k Trail Run". Race is held at Red Mill County Park 0815 South Holmesville Road, Laporte, IN 46350. Race day sign-ups, packet pick-ups, bathrooms are all located in the Smith Banquet building (the only building there). All runners will receive a limited-edition long sleeve shirt once the shirts are sold-out you will receive a winter hat and gloves instead of a shirt. The shirt design will be posted later. Cereal is the theme of this event after completion of the race please enjoy some breakfast cereals. Various cereal flavors will be available with 2% milk, almond milk and non-dairy milk. Deathwish Coffee will be brewing as well. Course will be marked with flags and signs. PLEASE pay attention to the course marking NOT the runner in front of you. You will be running FOUR LOOPS of course to get the 15k distance. We are doing old school timing for this race. Once you complete the race you will receive a popsicle stick with a number on it. Please turn that stick into the building where you got your packet ASAP. Awards for overall female/male and age group awards will be presented after everyone is completed with the race. Items from my other races will be for sale for $5 including t-shirts, hats, and coffee cups. The purpose Crazy Legs Race Series (CLRS) is to promote non-pavement/pavement races in the Northwest Indiana region through the development and management of new and existing races. At all our events you will experience fun and challenging course design in a low-key atmosphere. Races will be held in parks or areas in the Lake, Porter and Laporte counties. The Crazy Legs Race Series welcomes and encourages participation in our events by all individuals regardless of their sexual orientation, biological sex, gender identity, or gender expression.
