It's because of the generous support of the Nashville community, people across the region and country, that St. Jude Children's Research Hospital continues to lead the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. The event takes place in Nashville, Tennessee, with the start returning to 8th and Broadway and the finish line located outside of Nissan Stadium, with the amazing city skyline in view. Participants will pass numerous landmarks, including Broadway Honky Tonks, Music Row, the Gulch, 12 South, and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. The course will lead participants past the Schermerhorn Symphony, Music City Center, and the Musica Roundabout before finishing outside of Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans. The events include a 26.2-mile foot race and wheelchair race, a 13.1-mile foot race and wheelchair race, a 10K foot race, a 5K foot race, a 1 Mile race, KiDS Rock, and the Doggie Dash. The two-day race exhibition and packet pickup will return to the Music City Center. Expo attendees and guests will have access to the Music City Center and will be treated to live music by Nashville recording artists. Entertainment includes Encore Entertainment at the finish line, live music at the expo, and over 25 bands along the course. The demographics of the event show that 61% of participants are women, and 53% come from out of state. In 2024, the total impact on Nashville's economy was $56.2 million. The schedule of events includes the 2025 St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll Running Series Nashville Health and Fitness Expo, which will be held at the Music City Center located at 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S., Nashville, TN 37203. On Thursday, April 24, the Health and Fitness Expo will run from Noon to 7 p.m. at the Music City Center, with media credential pickup from Noon to 4 p.m. Media interviews will be open, and please schedule with the PR team. On Friday, April 25, the Health and Fitness Expo will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with media credential pickup from Noon to 4 p.m. Media interviews will also be open.
