Ogni frazionista dovrà correre venti minuti, poi sostare venti minuti per il recupero (nel frattempo corre il frazionista successivo della squadra) e poi correre altri venti minuti per un totale di quaranta minuti a frazionista (in forma alternata ogni squadra dovrà correre e portare a termine la gara per un totale di 320 minuti). Inizio partenze alle ore 16:20 dallo stadio comunale di atletica leggera, in località La Lora di Mel. Le iscrizioni si ricorda che chiuderanno al raggiungimento delle 40 squadre. Let's run for Labor Day to celebrate the spirit of blood, sweat, and tears of generations of laborers who helped build our country! Run will sell out quick—we will close off waves the moment they fill up. If waves are sold out, you can sign up for the virtual run option or waitlist. This is a smaller, private group run with a cap per wave. All paces and ages (under 18 with guardian) are welcome—run or walk! There's no equipment or setup, this is a pure run with our coordinators to support you in a warm, stress-free setting. When you sign up, we give you the support you need to help you achieve your goals and fitness. We also invite you to be part of our local run clubs that support your fitness journey. Timing is optional: you may track your time on an app (Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run, etc.) and submit your times with our easy form to be posted online, or you can ask our coordinators to help keep track of your time. Orlando, Florida (United States of America) - "Labor Day 5K". Join us in celebrating the American Worker with the 6th Annual Labor Day 5K! Come out and join us to run one of Orlando's most beautiful courses. This course will take you out and back around Lake Baldwin, with views of the lake on the entire course and plenty of shade. This course is perfect for both experienced runners and those new to running. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country. The 6th Annual Labor Day 5K is hosted by the Southern Timing Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) organization EIN: 85-3628015. This race will be RFID chip timed and all participants will receive a performance race shirt, finisher medal, snacks, drinks, and a swag bag filled with donated items from our sponsors. The race will start and finish at the beautiful Harbor Park at Lake Baldwin.
